KILLED IN ACTION.

The sad news has been received by Mr. and Mrs. W Tippin, of 61, Bankhall Street, Liverpool, and formerly of 51, Egerton Street Birkenhead, that their son Pte. C. J. Tippin, of the Cheshire Regt., was killed in action on March 28th. He was in his 21st year, and was a well-known Shaftesbury Club boy. He was educated at St. Mary’s School, Birkenhead, and joined the forces in September, 1914.
