William's Story.
Birkenhead News May 1918Mr. and Mrs. Thomson, of 5, Carrington Street, have received the news that their second son, William, reported missing since March 22nd, 1918, is now presumed to be dead. He joined the Lancashire Hussars at the outbreak of war, and later was transferred to the 18th King’s Liverpool. He was well-known in the North End.
