Harold's Story.

Mrs. E. Bowling of 40, Moon Street, has received official intimation that her son, Pte. Harold Roberts, was killed in action on March 21st last. He joined the T.R.B. in December, 1916, and in the following March was in Altcar, where he passed as musketry inspector, and in March, 1917 was drafted to France in the K.S.L.I. Prior to joining the Army he was employed by the Mersey Railway. Much regret will be felt at his death. His brother, Pte. W. R. Roberts, who is in the Cheshire Regt., is also serving in France.
