By a Bursting of a Bomb.
Private George Tickle, of the Cheshires, and second son of Mrs. Tickle, 36, Brunswick Street, Rock Ferry, was killed instantaneously in action on August 21st by the bursting of a shell near by. He was 26 years of age, and before enlisting in February last was for eleven years employed at Messrs. Lever Bros.
