Harry Cyril Fiander was discharged 8 October 1945.
20 Robert Street, Castle, Northwich.
Husband of Olive May Fiander, of Melchett Crescent, Rudheath. Harry was born in Buxton and had lived in Rudheath for 42 years. He served in the Second World War as a sergeant in the Royal Artillery.
He worked as a process worker for over 45 years at ICI. After retiring he worked part-time at Broadhursts and did Meals on Wheels for several years. He served on Rudheath Parish Council for 27 years, retiring at the age of 80.
