John Edwin Leigh's Story.
Born Leeds, enlisted Preston. Nephew of Mr R. Wright, Chairman in 1915 of the Nantwich Urban Council. Guardsman Wright was a former chorister at Nantwich Parish Church. Went to France (Le Havre) on August 13, 1914. Twice wounded.
