Paul's Story.
Paul was born in Landican, Cheshire in 1884. He lived with his father Hugh, a labourer, & his mother Mary at 10 Mission Road, Bebington, Cheshire. He had 4 sisters Bridget, mary, Susan & Eliza. By 1901 they were living at 11 Star Styreet, Tranmere. Paul was a general labourer.Paul enlisted in Birkenhead. He was killed in action on the 19th November 1914. He is buried at Pont-Du-Hem Military Cemetery, La Gorgue, Nord France. XI C3.
