Frederick Arthur Jervis's Story.

Born 10 July 1894 at Handforth, Cheshire, christened 12 September 1894 at Dean Row Cheshire, son of Barrister at Law, Thomas Crossley and Annie Madeleine, (nee Jervis) Eastwood, OF Highfield, Wood End, Styal. The 1901 census shows Frederick to have a sister, Annie.

In 1911, Frederick was in attendance at Sedburgh School, Yorkshire.

At the outbreak of war Frederick joined the army; he was drafted to France, 25/08/1915.

Frederick died of wounds, Wednesday, 6 June 1917.
