Private J. Shepherd.
Private J. Shepherd, who is reported to have died of wounds, was 23 years of age. He enlisted in September 1915. He belonged to the Cheshire Regiment. He was the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Shepherd, Bunbury Common. His younger brother was on his way to the front when the news of his death was received.
