Charles's Story.
Private Charles Stelfox.
Private Charles Stelfox, of the King’s (Liverpool) Regiment has been killed in action. He was the son of Mr. Charles Stelfox of 27, Underwood Lane, Crewe. Information was received from the War Office that he was killed on the 18 August. He enlisted in July 1915, and had been in the firing line for about three months. He worked in Crewe Works as a boilermaker for 14 years, after which he went to Glasgow.
