Harold's Story.
Born Nantwich, enlisted Crewe. Son of Martha Pace of 4, Second
Wood Street, Nantwich. Prominent local footballer. Went to
France (St. Nazaire) on September 10. Killed when shot in
the side, when attempting to clear out German snipers.
