Samuel's Story.

Born Sandbach, enlisted Crewe. Son of Edwin

and Annie Hilditch of 13, Moss Square, Crewe.

Was employed as a fireman. Enlisted July 9, 1914

and went to France on October 7.

Died in No.7 Stationary Hospital after receiving

gunshot wounds to the back.
