KILLED IN ACTION.

The death in action is reported of Pte. H. Doswell, who joined the King’s Shropshire Light Infantry in May of this year.

He had been in France only about a month. Prior to joining the Army he resided at 18, Crown Street, Birkenhead, and was employed by Richard Evans (coal merchant). He was well-known in the town and leaves a wife and two children to mourn his loss.

Harry Doswell's brother Charles Doswell was killed in action on 3rd November 1914.
