“2-7th April 1918

The situation during the night was rather quiet with the exception of the enemy trench mortar activity particular on the 6th . A few casualties being sustained.

1 prisoner captured on the 4th

The Prisoner belonged to 3rd Coy, 1st BN 228 RIR 949th Reserve Division) and was very unintelligent, declared 25th Division.”

 

He received GSW to left arm, left buttock, and both thighs 6 April He was at the 7th General Hospital in Longuensse when he died.
