Died from Wounds
A former Port Sunlight Employee
Mrs. Ryan, of 390, Beckwith Street, has received official intimation of the death from wounds received in action of her son, Private Richard Ryan, who died on the 12th of February at No. 2 Casualty Clearing Station. He was buried reverently with the rites of his religion in the Military Cemetery, Bailleul, France. We sympathise deeply with Mrs. Ryan and her family in their sad loss. Prior to the war Private Ryan was employed as a French polisher with Messrs. Lever Bros., Port Sunlight.
