Reginald's Story.
Born Crewe, enlisted Manchester. Son of Joseph and Jessie Davies Lightfoot of 43, Brooklyn Street, Crewe. A pupil at Edleston Road and the Higher Elementary Schools. Formerly employed in the Electrical Department (Mr Dawson’s office), Crewe Works as a junior clerk. Went to France on November 14, 1915. Killed when shot through the head by a sniper, whilst on sentry duty.
